After graduating in year 2000, he completed his residency at Aga khan University Hospital. Dr Khan completed his specialist Cardiology training in 2012, gaining his FRACP accreditation from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b67a7f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b67a7f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In 2013, he completed his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from Canberra hospital. Subsequently in 2014, Dr khan completed a second year fellowship in Interventional cardiology at the Fremantle hospital.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e39259 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e39259\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>His special interest is in Ischaemic heart disease, Hypertension, Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation. His philosophy is one of constant refinement and excellence in all aspects of a patient\u2019s cardiovascular care, including assessment and management, coronary intervention, cardiac rehabilitation, and maintaining and applying the most up-to-date knowledge of current developments and technology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd31213 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd31213\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dr Khan is a member of several societies of cardiology, and frequently travels both locally and internationally to keep abreast of new developments and techniques in Interventional cardiology that might benefit his patients. He has a particular focus on using FFR guided PCI.
